You are informed that, in order to establish an effective and efficient means of communication to respond to your complaint or claim, and likewise, to comply with Law No. 29571 and the Regulations of the Complaints Book of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, your personal data will be recorded in the database called “Libro de Reclamaciones” owned by Bella Boutique Global SAC. A response to the complaint or claim will be provided within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days, which is non-extendable, in accordance with the law.
