Each of our hats is crafted with care and intention. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

As a small independent brand, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for size, style, or color (subject to availability) within 14 days of delivery.

If the item you want isn’t available, we can offer store credit.

Costume Items

Due to their unique nature, custom or made-to-order hats are non-refundable.

Sale items and discounted pieces are also considered final sale.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at [adm@apuhats.com] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

We’ll reply within 1–4 business days with detailed return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process the refund, store credit, or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send us an email with photos and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
